Kelotytöt (Kety) is a lively, co-ed scout group based in Tapiola, Espoo. We meet in the basement of Tapiola Church, and our activities are open to everyone regardless of background or beliefs.
Kety offers weekly meetings, spring and autumn trips, competitions, and major group traditions such as the winter camp and summer camp. Camps often have a theme that makes learning new skills fun and engaging.
Kety operates under Tapiola Parish, which provides our meeting space and supports our activities. We are part of the Tammi district (Tapiola–Matinkylä scouts), Espoon Partiotuki ry, The Helsinki Metropolitan Area Guides and Scouts (Päpa), and The Guides and Scouts of Finland (SP).
Our activites are conducted in Finnish but messaging for parents is in English if needed. Since our area has English speaking schools, kids learning Finnish is not new to us. Scouting is a great place for Finnish immersion! For fully English speaking scouting, check out Wild Eagles!
You can join Kelotytöt at any age.
Contact us first: Email kelotytot@kelotytot.fi so we can help you find a suitable group with available spots.
